5. Regarding my business - I have made so much progress. I am moving beyond my fears and negative self talk and taking action. I started promoting and marketing myself more consistently and creatively. I have also accomplished four major business milestones during the period. 
6. My recovery and down times have dropped significantly as I am now able to pick myself up, manipulate my mind and refocus my attention on my ultimate goals. 
7. I had some limiting beliefs and unresolved messages from past but now I can reflect on my past with appreciation, gratitude and no bitterness. I am lighter within and so excited about my life again.
